Suicide Prevention & Intervention Trainings
Increase your awareness! Save a life!

Why Take Suicide Prevention Trainings?
Suicide prevention trainings are essential because they save lives. Many people—whether coworkers, clients, students, or loved ones—struggle in silence. Often, the signs of suicide risk go unnoticed or are misunderstood, leaving individuals without the support they need at critical moments.
From the global leaders in Suicide Prevention, including LivingWorks and EDC/Zero Suicide, Lotus offers evidence-based trainings designed to equip professionals and community members alike with the tools to recognize warning signs, respond appropriately, and connect individuals to the help they need.
Our trainings are listed in the Suicide Prevention Resource Center (SPRC) Best Practices Registry, so you can be sure they align with the most current guidance on preventing suicide.
Whether you’re a clinician, educator, family member, peer, or support staff, learning how to assess and manage suicide risk can make the difference between crisis and recovery.
Need another reason? All of our trainings offer CEUs for most licensed professionals.

"I attended a SafeTALK training with Lotus Education services. This was an incredible insightful training that helped me recognize the signs of someone struggling with suicidal thoughts and ask the difficult question, “are you thinking about suicide?” This is an excellent training for staff from any organization or any individuals since we all struggle with mental health at some point in our lives. Marcia is a dynamic instructor and makes the 4 hours entertaining and interesting with her added stories and experiences. Thank you, Lotus Education!!"

"I took the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training with Marcia (Lotus Education Services). I learned so much and now feel much more comfortable with intervening if I suspect someone is having suicidal thoughts. The training was informational, thorough, deeply meaningful, and even enjoyable. Marcia’s upbeat attitude and willingness to be open about her experiences when talking about mental health create a safe, comfortable space that helps me feel willing to share. Thank you Lotus Education Services for this excellent training!!"
