Based on the Center for Mind-Body Medicine model, this workshop will give you a better understanding of our stress response system, and teach you skills for reducing the negative effects of stress. Here’s our goals for this 2-hour Zoom meeting:

1. Understand the physical and emotional impact of chronic stress, particularly during COVID

2. Understand basic concepts of mind-body medicine

3. Notice the effects of practicing mind-body skills on your body, mind and emotions

4. Leave the workshop with easy to implement life hacks that will allow you to manage the stress we are all under, and improve your physical & emotional well-being.
